IHC Tumor Macrophages

Segment tissue into tumor and healthy areas, detect CD68+ macrophages, and quantify macrophage area within each tissue compartment.

The IHC Tumor-Macrophages APP provides tissue detection including separation into tumor tissue and healthy tissue. It detects macrophages based on a specific staining (e.g. CD68). The APP outputs the area of macrophages within tumor tissue and healthy tissue.
