Webinar: Using Tissue Cytometry for Investigation of Fatty Liver Disease
Dr. Talita Glaser, Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, presents her research on the role of Kupffer cells in fatty liver disease. The study showed that inhibition of UDP-glucose receptor prevented their polarization into M1 phenotype, which is induced by palmitate and LPS. The research team used TissueFAXS slide scanner for tissue imaging and StrataQuest for cell quantification.

Application Note: Investigating T-Cell Communities in Immune Tissues with StrataQuest 8
Tonsils represent a complex immune tissue, harboring various cell populations, including T cells. In this application note, multiplex fluorescence staining of tonsil tissue was analyzed in StrataQuest, contextual image analysis software. The focus of the analysis was given to the quantification and spatial localization of T-cell subsets within and around the germinal centers.
