Webinar: Oncogenic Role of KDM1A in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)

Dr. Qu Jiang, University Hospital of Leipzig, presents her research based on a recent paper on the role of the demethylase KDM1A in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Using the image analysis solution StrataQuest the team could automatically analyze the immunofluorescent staining of murine spleen sections and evaluate the leukemic burden upon knockdown of Kdm1a.

CAF in HNSCC

Novel Cancer-Associated Fibroblast (CAF) Subset in HNSCC

In HNSCC CD8+ T-cell tumor infiltration is often dysfunctional. Chuwen Li et al. performed mIF staining of three immune types, which they had also studied using spatial transcriptomics. With TissueFAXS Spectra slide scanner and StrataQuest the team captured whole-slide multispectral images and analyzed the distribution of Gal9+ CAF and CD8+ T cells.

HHLA2 paper

Unlocking the Potential of HHLA2 in Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

HHLA2 is investigated as a prognostic marker in some cancer types, including LSCC. To study its role in immune cells, the researchers conducted multiplexed immunohistochemistry analyses on TMA cores, which were then acquired by the TissueFAXS automated microscopy system. StrataQuest analysis software was then used to assess HHLA2 expression in various immune cells.
