Staining Quality
Various factors will influence the quality of immunohistochemical or fluorescent staining.
The relationship between antibody titer and antibody dilution is one of them. Another one
is the relationship between incubation time and incubation temperature.
Reagents drying up on tissue specimens are a common cause of background staining.
The use of humid chambers is therefore specifically recommended for incubation times of 10 minutes or longer.
To create a sufficiently humid climate for incubation, the floor of the chamber should be well covered with distilled water.
Warm and Cold
Each HumidityChamber can hold up to 33 slides for simultaneous processing.
Our chambers are designed for incubation temperatures ranging from 2 to 37 °C.
They are highly appropriate for a wide variety of immunohistochemical and other labo-ratory applications.
High Quality
Here is another product illustrating our commitment to quality!
The chambers are easy to clean since they are made of high-quality acrylic glass. Every laboratory should therefore have them. Despite their extremely hard surface, it is not recommended to place any sharp or pointed objects on the chambers.
Minor scratches can be removed with a suitable acrylic paste.
