TissueFAXS and TissueQuest

Immunofluorescence Cell Analysis System

The newly developed TissueFAXS is a unique instrument of cell analysis that combines detailed morphologic information offered by microscopy with the scientific accuracy of multi-channel flow cytometry.

  • Fully automated microscope-based cell analysis system for immunofluorescence
  • Autofocus up to 63x Oil Objective
  • Multi-channel acquisition
  • Automated identification of cells in tissue and smears
  • Specimen overview and cellular detail in one interface
  • Scatergramm and dot plot operations
  • Forward Gating from the individual cell in the image to the dot in the scattergram as well as Backward Gating from the individual dot or gate to the corresponding cells in the sample
  • Suitable for cryocut and paraffin sections, cell cultures, TMA's and smears
